			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How to relieve stress is a concern of almost all modern individuals. We live in such a tumultuous and eventful era and we are bombarded with constant stimulus from all sides and this is the reason why we are almost always in a state of stress.</p>
<p>Being stress should not be taken lightly and people who suspect that they are suffering from stress should immediately find ways to get rid of it. The best way, of course, to relieve stress is to eliminate the root cause of it in our lives. This is sometimes easier said than done. For example, if the main cause of your stress is your job it may not be practical for you to get rid of it right away.</p>
<p>In cases such as this, you would have to deal with stress through palliative means. There are many things that you can do to induce a relaxed stated in order to get rid of stress. Some people say that simply tending to their hobbies is a good way to ease the tension of everyday existence.</p>
<p>To avoid feeling stress with your work, what you can do is take little breaks during the day or whenever you feel that the pressure is just too strong. You don&#8217;t even have to go out of your cubicle or your office. You can simply listen to a relaxing music on your mp3 player or you can just take a short nap.</p>
<p>Talking to friends and loved ones is also a good stress reliever. So if you feel the stress monster creeping up then why don&#8217;t you pick up that phone and call your best bud or your significant other.</p>
<p>Stress should not rule your life especially because there are things that you can do to address it if eliminating the cause is not probable.</p>
